Ashley graduated from Ramapo College in 2013 and is currently studying Library Sciences at San Jose State University. She’ll read anything and everything, and if she’s not at the Library, you’re most likely to find her snuggled with her corgi, Lucy, with a rather impressive-size mug of coffee in hand.

Amy holds a BA in English and a MST in Early Childhood Education, both from Fordham University. After teaching first grade in Manhattan for many years, she now lives in Ridgewood with her husband, two daughters and dog. Amy's favorite authors include William Steig, Robert McCloskey, EB White, Nancy Mitford and Allison Weir.

Victoria has a background in non-profit administration and development, foreign language, and education. Her first experience with the RPL was with her oldest son in Baby & Me Storytime. Amy grew up in Southern Maine and graduated with a BA from Alfred University. Upon moving to Ridgewood with her family, the RPL immediately became a favorite spot for her and her young daughters. She is thrilled to now be a part of the children's department team. When not at the library, Amy loves reading, yoga and spending time with friends and family.

Gladys works in the kids department. She holds a BA in literature and an MA in Child Advocacy; before coming to work at the library she was a preschool teacher for 13 years. When not reading, Gladys can be found cheering on the New York Redbulls.

Young Adult Librarian
Justin received her MLS from Drexel University in 2012. She is a zealous reader of young adult books, a baker at heart, and has a soft spot for puppies. You will often find her nose buried in a book or hands deep in a Pinterest project. She is eagerly awaiting her acceptance letter from Hogwarts but until then she will enjoy her time being a YA librarian.

Caitlin has a B.A. in English from Drew University. Her life-long love of reading and creative writing has led her to work in Ridgewood Library's Children's Department, because as Hermione said, "when in doubt, go to the library." She loves anything related to true crime and pop culture, which makes for interesting dinner conversations. She is a proud Hufflepuff, and when she's not writing poetry or getting lost in a book, you can find her with her husband and their dog, Ace.

Rosa is a Slytherin, a Martell, and a would-have-been resident of Athena’s Cabin. She received her B.A. in History and English Literature from Rutgers University and is pursuing an M.A. in Historical Studies from The New School. When she’s not buried in writing, research, good books, costume designing, graphic design projects, and occasionally disastrous cooking experiments, you can find her in the Youth Services department of RPL, talking about what she loves most: YA books.
