Kanopy

Access over 26,000 independent, international, classic, or documentary films, from producers and distributors such as Great Courses, Criterion Collection, PBS, and more.

  • Borrow up to 4 titles per month

  • Each is available for 72 hours and can be viewed multiple times.

  • Films are streamed from Kanopy's servers. We encourage using a wired or wireless internet connection.​​

RB Digital

Rosetta Stone

Provided by the State Library, learn and practice a new language (including English) with your library card through Rosetta Stone.

To log in/get started:

  • Click the link on the right and enter your library card #.

  • Click Rosetta Stone Library Solution.

  • If you haven't set up an account, follow the instructions on the page.

  • Select Launch Rosetta Stone® Foundations.

Ancestry Library Edition

Ancestry Library Edition offers access to 705 million US names, US census images, and the UK/Ireland collection. The searchable database includes records to assist in family research.

  • Access to this resource has been temporarily expanded to Ridgewood Library cardholders working remotely, courtesy of ProQuest and its partner Ancestry.

  • Remote access will be available until the end of July and will be re-evaluated monthly as needed.

  • Upon receipt of information, one of our Reference Librarians will send you the log-in information.

With your Ridgewood Library card you have access to all of the New York Times archived newspapers from 1852 - 2012.

Yes24 and Moazine

 

The Paramus Public Library (PPL) has generously opened access to Yes24, a digital collection of Korean-language books, and Moazine, a digital collection of Korean-language magazines, to all BCCLS cardholders. 

How to use Yes24

1. Visit the PPL's Yes24 portal.

2. Create an account, using your email address and creating a password for this account.

3. The PPL will email you when they have verified your account.

4. Use your email address and password to log in at the PPL's Yes24 portal.

5. Choose some books and start reading!

How to use Moazine

1. Visit the PPL's Moazine portal

2. Enter "12345" in the library card field.

3. Choose some magazines and start reading!
