Genealogical Society of Bergen County

Monday, March 26, 2012 at 7 pm. "Blogging your Family History." Blogging is all the rage now. Philip Hayes will explain why it is a good idea for genealogists, and how you should go about it.

April 23, 2012 at 7 pm. "The 1940 Census". On April 2, 2012, the 1940 United States Federal Census will be released to the public for the first time. Peggy Norris will talk about using censuses for genealogical research and getting the most out of this new Census.
