Can't find it in BCCLS?

If the item that you're looking for is not available in the BCCLS system, and you are a Ridgewood Library card holder, you are welcome to contact our Interlibrary Loan department for assistance.

1. From the web

You can create a username for the JerseyCat system, which will allow you to locate a book anywhere in the state, and forward a request to the Ridgewood Library ILL department. (link to JerseyCat)

2. Via email

You are welcome to contact us via email for an out-of-system request, using the following address:

ill@ridgewoodlibrary.org

3. At the library

You can obtain interlibrary loan forms from the librarian on duty at the reference desk. There are separate loan forms for books and articles. Please fill out these forms as throughly as possible. The more information you can provide us with, the better a chance we'll have of fulfilling your request.

*Please note that this service is for RIDGEWOOD CARDHOLDERS ONLY, and it is only used if the item is not found in any BCCLS library. There are fees associated with this service, which range from $.25 for an in-state loan, to much higher for certain out-of-state requests.
