Borrow an eReader

Through a generous gift from the Ridgewood Library Foundation, Kindles and Nooks preloaded with popular titles are availble for loan at the Reference Desk for Ridgewood Library cardholders over 18 years of age. -Loan period is one week. Renewals are permitted if no one is waiting. -Limit of one device per person at a time. -$3.00 per day late fee will apply -Please return the devivce to the Reference Desk directly. -Do not put the device in the inside or outside book and media drops. -Please do not add or delete eBooks from the device. Let us know what you think about our new service! Contact a staff member at the Reference Desk (ext. 130) or email us at askridgewood@ridgewoodlibrary.org with your comments.

Borrower Responsibility

By checking out an eReader on your library card, you agree to accept full responsibility for the proper handling, authorized use and condition of the device until it is checked back in to the library. This includes financial responsibility for the retail value of the device and for any accessories accompanying it if they are lost or damaged.
